My wife and I had a delightful 5-day stay at the beautiful Berkshire Mountain Lodge. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fully-equipped kitchen made it easy to dine in during the rainy weekend, and the TV cable service with On-Demand stations provided plenty of entertainment. The condo felt just right for the two of us, with ample hot water and great water pressure. The pool and hot tub were a relaxing bonus, and the overall quiet atmosphere was perfect for a peaceful vacation.

The well-maintained stairwells were a pleasant surprise, as they are often overlooked in other hotels.

We had a great stay at this lodge! The spacious 1-bedroom suite had a full kitchen and a huge bathroom, perfect for us as a couple. We loved cooking our meals in the comfort of our room. The indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi were a nice bonus, and the staff was always accommodating. The location was fantastic, with beautiful scenery all around. we highly recommend this hotel.

There were also numerous great restaurants within a short drive. The daily planned activities and evening movies kept our young family entertained, and the fitness center and indoor swimming pool were a hit too. We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Pittsfield called Berkshire Mountain Lodge. Our purpose was to visit family and our stay was for a few days. The spaciousness of the rooms was impressive, with a separate bedroom, full living room, and a large bathroom. The well-stocked kitchen made it even more convenient, and the grocery store across the street was a huge plus. The design of the room was excellent, and there was minimal noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. one of the best properties we've stayed in, with friendly staff and great amenities. Highly recommended!

The location of this resort is perfect, with several grocery shopping options nearby and a variety of restaurants offering different specialties. You can explore numerous museums and enjoy activities in the small, charming towns surrounding the hotel. The upper-level rooms boast beautiful views, adding to the overall relaxation and destressing experience.

The staff at the front desk were not very helpful or accommodating when it came to providing information about the area and events, simply directing guests to look at pamphlets.
